The government of Japan Empire invites you to come to Formosa, to lead government, to lead the re-establishment of Japan Empire, to assist the protected persons of Forth Geneva Convention being resettled in the country where they are living before military occupation and before their resettlement taking place, they shall benefit by the Forth Geneva Convention as provided by Article 6 of the said Convention.
大日本帝國政府邀請您到台灣，領導政府，領導大日本帝國的重建，協助日內瓦第四公約的被保護人得到安置，讓他們回到在軍事佔領前的國家，並且如日內瓦第四公約第六條的規定，在被保護人回到大日本帝國受到安置之前，應得到日內瓦第四公約的利益。
