Respected Japan Prime minister H.E. Mr. Shinzo Abe 安倍內閣總理大臣,
Respected International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) President H.E. Mr. Peter Maurer,
The Protected Person(潘慶東) Mr. Ban-Chin-Dong pays the ransom to free and was home to contact us at noon today (27 Oct 2015).
USA and her invading force (ROC) does not follow any procedures provide by Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949. They seriously violate Art.47 and Art.147 of Fourth Geneva Convention damaging protected persons’ Human Rights and belongings.
We urgently request Protecting Powers or United Nations to send army into Taiwan and Penghu, the territories of occupied Japan Empire.
We entrust the full sovereign right of Japan Empire to Protecting Powers Japan, including, expelling the invading force (ROC) and rebuild courts in the occupied territories of Japan Empire, abiding by Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949 to perform the protection of Human Rights.

We are so sad that (潘慶東)Mr. Ban-Chin-Dong who is our manager of RCJE’s TAIHOKU Prefecture Office, was arrested in 18 Oct 2015 by invading force (ROC).
He is the protected person of Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949, and the people owned Nationality of Japan Empire (Nationality of Japan Meiji constitution)
The invading force (ROC) does not follow any procedures provide by Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949.
Now, we cannot contact him and have no any his information.
We urgently request Protecting Powers or United Nations to send army into Taiwan and Penghu, the territories of occupied Japan Empire.

尊敬的聯合國秘書長 潘基文 閣下，
尊敬的保護國Protecting Powers
尊敬的日本國總理大臣 安倍晉三 閣下，
尊敬的紅十字國際委員會 主席 Peter Maurer閣下，
我們很難過 我們聯合國NGO國際組織大日本帝國人民救援委員會RCJE的台北州辦公室主任潘慶東先生於2015年10月18日被侵略軍(中華民國)逮捕。
他是1949的日內瓦第四公約被保護人，也是大日本帝國國籍的人民。
侵略軍(中華民國)完全沒有依照公約規定的程序。
現在我們聯絡不到他，沒有他的任何訊息。
我們緊急請求保護國 或聯合國派軍隊進駐被佔領的大日本帝國領土 台灣 澎湖。
我們委任大日本帝國完整的主權權利給 保護國日本國，包括驅逐侵略軍(中華民國)及重建被佔領土的法院，依照1949的日內瓦公約執行人權保護。
救救他，救救我們！
