1.    On behalf of the Government of the sovereign State of the Empire of Japan (JPE Government) and under the honorable Geneva Conventions of 1949, I invite Your Excellency – the Principal Occupying Power’s¹  honorable US President Donald Trump to visit the occupied territory of Taiwan²  (Formosa and the Pescadores, which are the inherent territories of the occupied sovereign State of the Empire of Japan);

2.    And thank the Federal Government of the sovereign United States of America for figuring out the legal status of Taiwan³  in accordance with International Law on 12 November 2020; the United States secretary of state, Juris Doctor Mike Pompeo clearly pointed out “it’s always important to get the language right. Taiwan has not been a part of China”.  
So certainly, Taiwan has not been a part of the Republic of China either.
The Republic of China on Taiwan is a military organization formed by the Chinese Chiang Kai-shek re-established Republic of China in-exile in Taipei (Chinese Taipei); it is the Chinese military organization built by the Chiang Kai-shek through Chiang’s fail of 1949 Chinese Civil War and he fled to the occupied territory of Taiwan to build the so called "Republic of China on Taiwan" in violation of Laws of War;
No.08-5078 of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit proves that:
In 1949, China's civil war — a battle between Chinese nationalists and communists — ended; mainland China fell to the communists and became the People's Republic of China ("P.R.C."), forcing Chiang Kai-shek to flee to Taiwan and re-establish the Republic of China ("R.O.C.") in exile.


3.    And thank the Federal Government of the sovereign United States of America for figuring out the legal status of Tibet in accordance with International Law on 17 November 2020; US Office of Policy Planning published “The Elements of the China Challenge”, in its page 43 figures out that “the CCP maintains a military occupation of Tibet that dates to the 1950s”.  the US view on Tibet under International Law  is the same as Annex 3 of the Japan Empire Proclamation on the Forever Heaven Celebration Day of 2015 ⁴;

4.    And please notice that the Protecting Powers requested by the Japan Empire are only listed in [Japan Empire] Observing and Respecting the Geneva Conventions of 1949 (GA-13-031-P1) ⁵  , and those in contacting process will be shown on the official website⁶  of Japan Empire Government, not those mentioned States in the Japan Empire Proclamation on the Forever Heaven Celebration Day of 2015.
The Japan Empire’s Protecting Power shall not include the Occupying Power - Russian Federation;

5.    And report to Your Excellency that since (about) 17 June 2020, all the members of Red Cross of Japan Empire (also known as the Rescue Committee for the people of Japan Empire ⁷, hereinafter “RCJE”), including its president, officials and members have been continuously caught, forced to interview by the Chiang Kai-shek Occupying force of the General Order Number One of 2 September 1945 which rebuilt the exile Republic of China (Please refer to Section 2, Paragraph 3, hereinafter “the Occupying force ROC”)
The Occupying force ROC pillaged the official seal of the Red Cross of Japan Empire, the ID cards of the protected persons of the 1949 Fourth Geneva Convention, the mobile phones and the only desktop Computer which is recording the RCJE’s duties under the 1949 Geneva Conventions and which is containing personal information of RCJE’s members.  
The President of the Red Cross of Japan Empire and many RCJE officials and RCJE members are under critical psychological hurts, and caused physical problems by the attacks of Occupying force ROC.
These behaviors that Occupying force ROC attacks continuously against the Red Cross Societies, are in the situation of War Crimes.
The Occupying force ROC not only violates provisions of the 1949 Fourth Geneva Convention, but also deprives persons who live in the occupied territory of Taiwan the Human Rights of “freedom from fear” offered by the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights;
a.    For the above-mentioned War Crimes, request Your Excellency to demand the Occupying force ROC to comply with 1949 Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols;
b.     And please notice that the Japan Empire and the United States of America, the Republic of China (ROC), the United Kingdom and the British Empire, and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics shall take obligations to comply with 1949 Geneva Conventions and are bound by the said Conventions ⁸;
c.    And request Your Excellency to demand the Occupying force ROC to comply with 1949 Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols, to return the Red Cross Hospital to the Red Cross of Japan Empire and return the Japan Empire’s civil peaceful office building of the Governor–General of Taiwan to the Japan Empire Government;
d.    And request Your Excellency to assist the Japan Empire’s Protecting Power – Japan or the States Your Excellency accepted in Section 4 of this text and the International Committee of the Red Cross to station immediately in the occupied territory of Taiwan;

6.    Undoubtedly, under the world-wide ferocity of the Wuhan COVID-19 virus and the behaviors in violations of Sovereignty, the sovereign United States of America, the occupied sovereign State of the Empire of Japan (Japan Empire) and many States are in the most darkness timing;
We need You – Trump of God.
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven, with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first;
(1 THESSALONIANS 4:16)

We believe that the presentation of Trump of God in the occupied territory of Taiwan will bring the world the real light, justice and peace;
7.    For the above honorable reasons, I respectfully acting on behalf of the sovereign JPE Government honestly invite Your Excellency to visit the occupied territory of Taiwan;
And under the kindness of Your Excellency, look forward to welcome Your visit in the Japan Empire’s civil peaceful office building of the Governor–General of Taiwan;

8.    At last, I respectfully acting on behalf of the sovereign JPE Government honestly beg God blessing Your Excellency with great power of brilliant justice.
