Details:
We thank USA for Ms. Marie Harf, the Spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State, at the press conference on 13 August 2014, declared that "The United States recognizes Japanese sovereignty over these islands."
The U.S. Department of State made this official statement, due to Russia conducted “military drills” in the Kuril Islands and that caused a strong protest by the government of Japan.
The Re-establishing Government commended the United States complying with international law to make the statement “Japanese sovereignty over these islands.”
The legal status of Taiwan, Penghu and Kuril Islands are the same. Taiwan, Penghu and Kuril Islands, they are the territories of the Japan Empire, and their sovereign rights were renounced by Japan Peace at Article 2, item b and c, of San Francisco Peace Treaty of 1952 (hereafter referred to the Peace Treaty)
Japan Peace was independent from Japan Empire by Peace Constitution in 1947 and recognized as a full sovereign State at Article 1 of the Peace Treaty.
And now one of them has been recognized as Japanese sovereign territories by USA under the International Laws.
The Re-establishing government was formed to declare complying with the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and all of the international conventions and customs of war, to request Japan peace (Japan) and International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) being our Protecting Powers according to the Geneva Conventions of 1949.
The Re-establishing government as the representative of the Japan Empire accessioned to Geneva Conventions of 1949 and their three additional protocols, dated on 8 March 2014. The Accessions also respectfully delivered to Swiss Federal Council and HIS MAJESTY THE EMPEROR.
The Re-establishing government has entrusted full sovereign rights of Japan Empire to Protecting Power Japan peace (Japan) with Japanese Taiwan Relation Act on 19 August 2014, the World Humanitarian Day.
Therefore, the Re-establishing Government commended that the US Government declared that "The United States recognizes Japanese sovereignty over these islands." for this official statement is entirely consistent with international law.
Meanwhile, the Re-establishing Government, we have to proclaim a solemn protest against the US Government and the occupying force-Chinese Taipei, that the Taiwan and Penghu (which have same sovereign status as Kuril Islands at Article 2 of the Peace Treaty) are facing the occupied State’s sovereignty trampled by illegal violence, the pseudo-democracy.
The sovereignty of an occupied State is protected under Charter of the United Nations and Geneva Conventions of 1949.
The United States as a principal occupying power of Japan Empire, and the occupying force-Chinese Taipei as her Taiwan Governing Authorities under the Taiwan Relations Act, do not assume any occupied responsibilities under Geneva Conventions of 1949 and the Protocol I of 8 June 1977 additional to the Geneva Conventions;
violate Geneva Conventions of 1949 by seizing occupied civil government, the civil resource jurisdiction, the civil resources;
and even use the sacred name of “democracy” in the occupied Japan Empire to conduct illegal elections.
“Democracy” is a sacred term. It represents that the government of modern States respect Human Rights of their citizens. However, democracy is performed under the provisions of sovereign rights of a State. For example, in USA, every single State’s government is a sovereign entity; each State has its own Constitution. The USA Federal Government united by all the States’ Governments, through the Senate and the House of Representatives to execute their sovereign rights of each State, for developing or modifying the U.S. Federal Constitution. Then, the Federal Constitution rules the way for electing the U.S. President.
The United States is a democratic State. However, the U.S. president is not directly elected by the citizen, but by the State governments as sovereign entities.
Election, whether it is to elect the President, local Governors or the representatives of citizen, shall under the constitution normed by the State sovereignty. It is exercising the sovereign rights (executive, legislative and judicial). It is the representation of respecting to citizen’s opinion.
The sovereign rights of the occupied Japan Empire are protected by Hague Conventions of 1899 and 1907, Charter of the United Nations and Geneva Conventions of 1949.
Most civil resources (except a few military related civil resources may be controlled under the principal occupying power) shall be returned to the Re-establishing government or the government of Japan, whom we has fully entrusted.
Note:
Citizen is deferent from Nationals or Refugees.
Can Nationals or Refugees vote for US President or Mayors?
Can the people of Iraq vote with occupying force for US President or Mayors of Iraq while US occupied Iraq?
Can the people of Japan Empire vote for President of the Republic of China?
Can the Chinese refugees vote for the Mayors of Japan Empire?
Call upon the United States - the principal occupying power of Japan Empire, to end the elections conducted by the occupying force - Chinese Taipei, OR to publish that USA for military reasons need the occupying force-Chinese Taipei to elect the occupying officials with the people of Japan Empire in Stockholm syndrome.
And Require USA and Chinese refugees occupying force (Chinese Taipei, acting on behalf of the allied Powers) to follow the provisions of the Charter of United Nations, the International Conventions (including the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and their Additional Protocols), to assume responsibility for military occupation, and shall speedily return the civil resources (which are not necessary for military control) to the Re-establishing Government of Japan Empire or the Government of Japan.
The civil resources including the right of setting customs duties , finance, banking, transportation, water, electricity ..., etc.
